Mark Forret has 25+ years’ client service experience across APAC, EMEA, North America and LATAM, specializing in global account management for multinational organizations’. After 28 years with Compass Group PLC, he joined ISS A/S in 2020 and is now Chief Commercial Officer, Global Office, leading integrated facilities management (IFM) solutions and strategic partnerships across financial, professional services and technology clients.

Claus leads Global pilot’s for EY, on Workplace Experience related initiatives like AI enabled Insights, digital UX applications. Claus also leads EY Nordic’s Workplace Experience function, including the Vested partnership with ISS. Claus has a background of 20+ years in the workplace industry, in roles within management consulting, FM supplier- and buy side.
